All orders would be written and state nunc pro tunc , meaning effective on the date of inauguration had she taken office. I just had a crazy thought about the 50K sealed Court actions. Talking about the hypothetical situation of BHO birth cert made me think about the number of Court cases that would be overturned or at least need new action/review. 50K would certainly be a number I would expect because we would be talking about 8 years

BHO Judge nominations pattern is weird. He only nominated a few the 1st year in office and took several years to name some. Most happened in his 2nd term. I'm going to file this info in the back of my mind in case it comes out that his birth cert is false. His info is different on Google than other presidents. It refers to the number he nominated while other presidents say how many were confirmed.
