Q said 'last guest', so at least 2 in a meeting. At least one was a target. I suspect many, thus the flash-bang rush. Team would want maximum disorientation if there were lots in the meeting. The idea is to get tons of walking tanks in the rooms with rifles during that disorientation window of time.

You don't get flashbangs without smoke. In a conference room, it would be a loud clusterfuck as the guys rushed in until they got it under control. The smoke would end up filtering out of the windows (even if they're not in the same room) over time.

Also, this wasn't live. Q isn't stupid. He wouldn't give us a live view of an op because there are dickheads in here that could potentially put good guys in harm's way. Think, people.

This was actually very important. This really lends credibility to the theory that Q's actions aren't just in the US. It is international and police action is happening at very high levels. It isn't just what we can see in the media. I believe that was the point of Q's dump on this. He's reassuring everyone that this is what it appears to be. I've already seen quite a bit of int'l. affairs in the mix in the last 3 months but it is really good to see this. Very clear and irrefutable example. (However, that's also assuming that we actually saw what we think we saw. Not that I have any reason to believe this was fake.)
