that guy is wrong and you are right. the law requires that fraud be undone. It is not a suggestion! The Courts cannot facilitate a fraud once known.
look at the underlined wording of these 3 presidents Judge confirmations. BHO's wording reads as if it is up in the air while Trump and Bush are conclusive. Oversight?
In BHO's speech a few days ago he called out conspiracy theories several times and gave only 2 specifics. Benghazi and his birth certificate. I have never heard Benghazi described as a theory of any kind. I think those were the 2 things he anticipates coming out and wanted to get ahead of it. I would have expected him to call out many other crazy sounding theories as a form of discrediting. Benghazi isn't on the list.
