One more idea about the observatory in NM, could they have recorded when they(Q) took out snow white and the other cabal communication sats. Or do they have a up link at the observatory to a sat that the cabal is using now, I don't know how the observatory works exactly can they link to telescope in orbit and use it as a communication device?
