I FOID myself which will bring the tapes out into the public, and so the issue was that the DOJ was corrupt and stopping it, particuarly with RR in charge of the day to day - that is nearing an end now it seems and so it'll be made public - as for the venue of "where" I suspect part of it will be the Museum of Pizza exhibit which is going to mass educate in that setting while many others do the same using movies/stadiums (in IRAQ's case) and others all around the world.
