Not out of the woods yet, but the latest update shows some weakening…
I am praying for my sister who has decided to hunker-down and weather the storm with her 4 cats in Wilmington. Keep in mind, that we took a direct hit from Diana in 1984 while living in Kure Beach (even walked outside during the eye). While it was scary as hell (imagine being in the dark laying on the floor of a runaway train for several hours knowing that at any minute the roof might fly off), I wouldn't trade that experience for anything.
