Bill Binney on 09/11/18(?) in a YT interview put most of the blame for the NSA turning its spying onto American citizens after 911 on the shoulders of Dick Cheney, who he calls "Darth Cheney", a trader who Cheney says himself "turned to the dark side." Pieczenik is right, Bolton is a sleaze ball neocon, but I trust POTUS for he knows what we do not.
