All I know is we have to get the crooked judges off the bench. We need to know that these proceeding are handled legally and fairly.
I think it will be pretty obvious who the traitors are and who has been innocently misled.

I hear you. I’ve actually thought about this quite a bit. There are tiers or levels of severity of crime to be determined and assigned to the appropriate authorities (Mil., Fed., St.,etc.)
In between the “clear cut” divisions between tiers of severity (cases that do not clearly fit into one court or another) should be directed to a citizens panel of ELDERS chosen strictly by voluntary lottery. There should be a Retired Judge or more, for the panel to consult for specific legal questions. And an allotted time period with which a recommendation is made for the case.
There is no appeal. The defendant moves on to the assigned court.
Just an overview of what has spun around in my mind.

I mean a retired businessman, an astute historian, a fair minded baseball coach, the really wise old lady at church. People with rational judgement. Nominated (voluntarily) by peers.

The stuff involving murder, children, sexual abuse, slavery, all of that….next level evilness is capital punishment. For certain.
I really feel like, once this is aired out completely, they “real evil” will glow like the sun at high noon in the Sahara Desert. Those will be easy to assign punishment.
It will get tricky with the smaller crimes or those who were blackmailed or indirectly involved.
That’s where I see a “panel” (openly and publicly)
Maybe lots of panels…being advised by some well respected retired judges maybe….helping determine what course of action is appropriate for the crimes.

I think you are right. I’ve heard lots of rumors, I’ve researched alone and with other groups for a while….I have a decent grasp on what the worst case scenario may be (I think…)
That’s why I think we have to clear out the no question evil fuckers first. Put them in Mil. Tribunals or Fed. Or St.depending on indictments. And speedy trial their asses. Gone With The Wind.
Next, take all cases that do not include sex, pedo, rape, attempt to….or any murder attempt etc.
I’m talking about thief’s, drivers, bankers, crooked accountants, white collar.
Farm them out and have those trials.
Bu then, we’re left w the icky painful middle.
But, the really bad have been handled (hopefully)
And maybe we’ve seen a little glimmer of mercy on the lesser end of the spectrum. Hopefully making us (panels) ready to be rational, responsible, and equitable in distributions of justice….
I know. A lot of this will ultimately be determined in how (((they))) resist, run, attack, fight..etc., when the hounds are turned lose on them.
If they shed more innocent blood, they’ll only be hurting the people who might have been shown mercy. The evil ones, never stood a chance.

It’s going to require individuals with a rare ability to discern fact from fiction, intentional involvement from blackmail, and it’s going to be difficult, at some point, to find these individuals that haven’t been biased by exposure to these events in their own lives…..(if the #’s shift towards a worst case scenario).
