As we have no baker on duty, I'll be ebaking (not collecting notables), but it would be preferable for a baker to step up, or a new baker to learn how to bake. Night shift is the best time to start learning due to the slower board speed, and I will be available for supervision and help. If not, I would appreciate if someone could help collect notables for my next bake. Thank you.
