The census will have to redefine Citizen, as the legalalese of the foreign agents called "attorneys" or "lawyers" are not common meanings, but hidden meanings. Under the Federal Corp circular definitions it breaks down as:
US Citizen is an officer, agent, or employee of the federal gov't, and by extension of the subset / subsidiary state corp gov'ts.
Better question would be were you born on the land of one of the fifty states?
