We don't know the terms of their cooperation. Perhaps each ally is getting their own perps. Perhaps they've already agreed on an international trial system. Think Nuremberg. We just don't know.
Hard to say. Any one country would have trouble taking down the cabal. Could see unprecidented cooperation to do this. Also, remember that cabal has completely distorted everyone's understanding of "how other countries are". We only think we know how foreign countries actually are because we're taught what the cabal wants us to think.
