My father died last year after being exposed to a massive amount of unnecessary Fluoroquinolone antibiotics produced by Bayer. Iatrogenic Systemic Neuropathy, unknown autoimmune disorder. The doctors were able to slow the progression with a regimen of high dose IVIG, a therapy that cost ~750k a year. Who makes the treatment? A Bayer subsidiary. He fought through the pain for 4 years until he decided he couldn't take it anymore and quit treatment. I miss him so much. One of the last joyful memories we shared was watching Donald Trump's Inauguration. He is one of us.
