Yesterday AM (Wed 9/12) on Wash DC Beltway I spotted a convoy of 25-30 LEOs including cars, heavy trucks, towed boats, towed heavy equipment, (?) and unmarked civilian buses headed south. They were all running blue/red lights. Couldn't ID locality or agency. All white vehicles. First thought was hurricane support, second thought was the other storm.
