If you looked closely at the video you noticed how Harvey collapsed briefly on its western side, briefly forming a flat edge right before it flared up. Same thing happened to Irma (note the edges). For the record, circular vortexes don't have GEOMETRIC ANGLES. How do you think a storm could maintain Cat 5 strength for over a week? Irma holds that record. The question is how was the energy being delivered to Irma? Satellite? Ship?
