I like to think of it as "open source narrative production". It is a grass roots bottom up approach

(for allowing public opinion to form naturally) to freely access novel narratives generated by free thinking individuals as opposed to a centralized top down collective approach using programmed "talking heads" to inform the public of what is appropriate to believe (control of public opinion) and BUY (corporate advertising).

It was recognition of Q's deep wisdom on this point more than anything else that convinced me this anon gets it.
