THe only deal they should be able to receive is life, no death if they come clean and tell all on the foreign spying on America. The observatories being shit down is case in point that we need to find all the rats, and dens of said rats/traitors/theives and undo what has been done.
We need to find all the spy ops and terminate them.
I just feel like that could be the only saving grace these pieces of shit get. If they have no intel on spying works in the US they get the noose.
I am not trying to make them out to be good or that them being involved or knowing is a good thing.. just saying that if they know of spying ops that are currently active, give the goods and your life is spared.
