Last night on the radio show Ground Zero with Clyde Lewis this cat named Sam called inn and claimed to be a 30 year DARPA employee. He spoke of the three programs that make up their weather modification program >… HAARP, SMACC, and HAMMER

Hammer was interesting bc of yesterday being HAMMER TIME and the hurricane is approaching the east coast. High Altitude Meterological Manipulation Energy Research. It's a network that uses all three technologies to harness the energy from mass coronal ejections and do shit like make [or kill] a hurricane with a push of a button.
