It's getting the drug from development through the FDA approval. That will cost over a billion dollars. Once that happens though, many people in the company become instant millionaires.

It's not that they falsify clinical trial results. The FDA sees it all. You cannot hide negative results. I know this for a fact. I also know that a big donation to the democrat party will get a drug approved that would otherwise not get approved. At least it would prior to Trump.
