Something is about to go down. Buses are being pre positioned and the incident commander is checking with underlings if they "are ready." They are obviously waiting until all traffic is out of the town before they make a move. Staging area is the "stadium" and there are 3 command posts. This is not fire command on the scanner, this is PD with 40 units from the state patrol coming in from the west part of the state. Also talk of cutting power to the south part of the town and "contractors" are to be let through roadblocks supposedly for "lighting." Spoopy as a mother fucker and not usual scanner traffic.

They are talking about 15 to 20 minutes and they are waiting specifically for a "green light." They are posted up waiting for something anon. I have been listening to their traffic for 2 hours and it is not normal. They are systematically clearing people out for something.
