Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin is selling his Manhattan home for $32.5 million.
The five-bedroom apartment located at 740 Park Avenue has been in his family for decades, the Wall Street Journal reported. The building was constructed by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis’s grandfather, James T. Lee.
Mnuchin bought the apartment from his aunt in 2000 for $10.5 million. His family has owned it since the 1960s.
The two-floor apartment has 12 rooms, including 6.5 bathrooms, 11-foot ceilings, marble floors, and wood-burning fire places, according to the listing on real estate agency Warburg Realty’s website.
Before becoming Treasury secretary, Mnuchin’s lived primarily in California.
He and his wife, Louise Linton, reportedly paid $12.6 million in 2017 for their home in Washington.
