Definitely would explain the staging and sweep by location. Starting with colonial heights and moving east and were waiting for a green light but still haven heard it. There are 4 staging areas but the major one seems to be at 414 andover street. Also add lt bernard just in case it goes dark.

I think they are cover. If you have ever listened to a scanner for any length of time, you will always hear a loud beep or series of beeps depending on the type of emergency. There hasnt been a single one and I have been listening to this feed for 3 hours and homes are supposedly exploding all over the place.
