Atlantafag here. Last half dozen nig mayors haven't repaired one goddamn thing in this city. All they do is hand over new-construction contracts (Hello Hartsfield and fuck you Maynard Jackson) to their Afrobuddies.
"They" are never, ever interested in maintaining or repairing ANYTHING.
They don't do it.
There's a cultural study showing how Africans have no cognition of planning for the future somewhere. Not saying all of them do, because their bloodlines have gotten bleached out over time. But their business acumen stays the same. Get smart; smart enough to arrange crooked business deals. That's it.
