I strongly suggest that you-all anons, actually-give it a read. It was published in 1992, I believe. It talks about how they learned to control peoples' minds/thoughts/moods/etc/…and much more using RF & EMF. Started the project back in the 1940's but the stuff they were doing by the mid-to-late '70's is amazing…..can only IMAGINE what they can do now.

Not completely sure, but it WAS referred to by different names, such as Project Rainbow, Project Phoenix and Project Phoenix II….as they were messing with a lot of different experiments back then. But it started with the Philadelphia Experiment and everything after that debacle was an offshoot of that & I am almost positive that there is proof that that took place.

The book says/alleges (and the author said it was "rumored'…he never said whether he fully believed it or not) that the tech for the Montauk Chair was given to them by extraterrestrials called the "Sirians" because they were from the area near the constellation Siri (which made me think of today's ubiquitous Sirius radio being pushed into everyone's cars AND the also ubiquitous Siri whom, as we all know, inhabits our iPhones/Apple products) and that made a great deal of sense, There's also mention of another alien group called the Orions (for the same reason as above….it's interesting but also frightening. And Tesla and his inventions and ideas are discussed a great deal as well.
