Is She Okay? New Alarming Video Emerges of Ginsburg That Has Many Questioning Her Health

AMY MORENO SEPTEMBER 13, 2018

Is Ruth Bader Ginsberg ok?

In a recent video, she seems very tired and unable to maintain a clear line of thought.

Clearly, this woman should be off enjoying her golden years, not remaining tied to the SCOTUS bench, by a bunch of hysterical, desperate liberals.

Ruth Bader Ginsberg is seconds away from meeting her maker. She'll die during Trump's 1st term-100%.

The left idolizes her, when they should chastise her.

She could've retired when Obama was in office. But she selfishly didn't and now she is handing Trump his 3rd SCOTUS pick.

Feds Collect Record Individual Income Taxes Through August; Still Run $898B Deficit

Terence P. Jeffrey | September 13, 2018 | 5:06 PM EDT

House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (Screen Capture)

(CNSNews.com) - The federal government collected a record $1,521,589,000,000 in individual income taxes through the first eleven months of fiscal 2018 (October 2017 through August 2018), according to the Monthly Treasury Statement released today.

However, the federal government also ran a deficit of $898,112,000,000 for those eleven months, according to the statement.

Prior to this year, the record federal individual income tax collections for the first eleven months of the fiscal year occurred last year, when the Treasury collected $1,460,379,260,000 in individual income taxes in constant August 2018 dollars (adjusted using the Bureau of Labor Statistics inflation calculator).

Yet even while the federal government was hauling in a record amount in income taxes from individuals, corporation income tax collections and total federal tax collections were declining.

Real total federal tax collections dropped for the third straight year in the October-August period. In the first eleven months of fiscal 2015, the Treasury hauled in $3,050,571,320,000 in total federal taxes (in constant August 2018 dollars). In the same period in fiscal 2016, it hauled in $3,046,651,360,000 in total federal taxes (in constant August 2018 dollars); in fiscal 2017, it hauled in $3,046,234,320,000 (in constant August 2018 dollars); and in the first eleven months of this fiscal year it hauled in $2,985,186,000,000 in total federal taxes.

Corporation income tax collections in the October-August period hit a seven-year low in 2018.

In fiscal 2011, they were $158,245,000,000 (in constant August 2018 dollars). Then, in fiscal 2012, they climbed to $203,871,620,000 (in constant August 2018 dollars). In fiscal 2013, they were $233,260,680,000; in fiscal 2014, they were $262,055,780,000; in fiscal 2015, they were $283,962,090,000; in fiscal 2016, they were $244,011,550,000; in fiscal 2017, they were $239,937,120,000; and this year, they dropped to $162,551,000,000.

The federal government has run a deficit of $882,112,000,000 in the first eleven months of fiscal 2018 because while bringing in $2,985,186,000,000 in total taxes, it turned around and spent $3,883,298,000,000

Paul Manafort and special counsel reach tentative plea deal: Sources

By KATHERINE FAULDERS, TRISH TURNER, JOHN SANTUCCI MATTHEW MOSK

Sep 13, 2018, 6:28 PM ET

Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort has tentatively agreed to a plea deal with special counsel Robert Mueller that will head off his upcoming trial, sources familiar with the negotiations tell ABC News.

The deal is expected to be announced in court Friday, but it remains unclear whether Manafort has agreed to cooperate with prosecutors or is simply conceding to a guilty plea, which would allow him to avoid the stress and expense of trial, according to three sources with knowledge of the discussions.

Manafort and his most senior defense attorneys spent more than four hours Thursday in discussions with a team of special prosecutors who are involved in the ongoing investigation into whether there was collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

ABC News spotted the team arriving in a dark SUV Thursday morning, pulling into a secret entrance out of public view at the building where Special Counsel Robert Mueller is based.

Word of the agreement comes as Manafort's second trial was slated to begin later this month in federal court in Washington, D.C.

Just under a year ago, the 69-year-old veteran GOP operative was charged in Washington, D.C., with several counts of fraud and failing to register as a foreign agent by the special counsel. A second case was opened in Virginia earlier this year on related charges that ended with a jury finding Manafort guilty on eight counts out of an 18-count indictment, facing a maximum of 80 years behind the bars, though under sentencing guidelines the term is likely to be closer to seven years. He has not been sentenced in that case.

Manafort has been held in jail for the last several months after prosecutors accused him of witness tampering.

He joined the president's campaign in March 2016 and became campaign chairman in May, and left the campaign in August days after the New York Times and the Associated Press ran reports that he had been tied to alleged undisclosed foreign lobbying practices in Ukraine.

A spokesperson for Manafort and a representative for the special counsel’s office both declined to comment.

Michael Moore Accused of Stiffing, Smearing Vendors: ‘All I Would Like Is to Be Paid’

The famed documentarian, whose new film ‘Fahrenheit 11/9’ is out this month, stands accused of not only failing to pay his film-fest bills, but smearing his vendors in the press.

Last week at the Toronto International Film Festival, Michael Moore debuted his latest film, Fahrenheit 11/9. The Daily Beast described the political documentary as a fast-paced, wide-reaching project, jumping from Flint, Michigan to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (and stopping along the way to compare Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler). As Natalia Winkelman wrote, “Moore’s best zingers and most penetrating indictments land on the Democratic Party, whom he implicates (along with dominant liberal news media) as part of an establishment system continually churning in place to maintain the status quo and impede forward movement. He even calls out Obama on a few occasions: for letting down the people of Flint, for accepting Goldman Sachs money, for deporting immigrants, for drone strikes. But best of all, Moore acknowledges and emphasizes that he himself is not totally free from that establishment either.”

Apparently, Michael Moore is struggling to reconcile his revolutionary brand with his status as a famous, wealthy filmmaker. Simultaneously, critics of the documentarian are calling hypocrisy, insisting that Moore’s conduct is at odds with his reputation as a champion of the people.

Facebook to Start Fact-Checking Photos, Videos

The social-media company will use technology and human reviewers to help flag false content

By Micah Maidenberg

Updated Sept. 13, 2018 4:06 p.m. ET

Facebook Inc. FB -0.40% will begin fact-checking photographs and videos posted on the social media platform, seeking to close a gap that allowed Russian propagandists to promote false news during the last U.S. presidential election.

The company said Thursday it will use technology and human reviewers to try to staunch what it called in a statement “misinformation in these new visual formats.” Previously, the company’s efforts had been focused on rooting out false articles and links.

“The same false claim can appear as an article headline, as text over a photo or as audio in the background of a video,” Facebook product manager Tessa Lyons said in the statement. “In order to fight misinformation, we have to be able to fact-check it across all of these different content types.”

During the 2016 presidential election, a Russian group called the internet Research Agency helped its workers create graphics and videos that could spread misinformation via social media networks, according to special counsel Robert Mueller’s indictment earlier this year of three Russian companies and 13 citizens of the country.

A Russian-linked group, for example, once altered a photograph of a woman carrying a sign at a pro-immigration rally in Arkansas. The original text on her sign said, “no human being is illegal” and the doctored photo said “give me more free shit.” It was posted to Facebook in August 2017, where it was liked or shared hundreds of times.

Yet, as with other technology companies, Facebook will face a significant challenge in designing algorithms that are able to catch doctored photographs and videos, or those that have been posted without context. A Facebook spokeswoman said the company’s efforts to fact-check video and photos will rely on technology but also human reviewers who work for groups certified by an organization called the International Fact-Checking Network.

The company is targeting video and photo content that has been “manipulated, taken out of context, or includes a false text or audio claim,” Ms. Lyons said in Facebook’s statement.

She acknowledged that “figuring out whether a manipulated photo or video is actually a piece of misinformation is more complicated; just because something is manipulated doesn’t mean it’s bad.” Ms. Lyons added the company can use technology “to identify different types of manipulations in photos, which can be a helpful signal that maybe something is worth having fact-checkers take a look at.”

Poll: Majority Believe ‘Not Enough Cause’ for Trump Impeachment

13 Sep 2018

The poll asked: “Do you think there is or is not enough cause right now for Congress to begin hearings into whether or not President Trump should be impeached?” The survey found that 53% did not think there is enough cause and even 20% of those who think Trump should be impeached also agreed that there is “not enough cause” for the House to start impeachment proceedings.

If Democrats win back the House in the fall, party leaders will be under considerable pressure from its left-wing base to impeach Trump. The CNN poll found that a whopping 78% of Democrats believe Trump should be impeached and removed from office

Last week in Montana, Trump brought up the possibility of impeachment for the first time at a rally, telling supporters they need to go to the polls in November to prevent Democrats from trying to impeach him.

“I will worry about that if it ever happens,” Trump said. “If it does happen, it’s your fault because you did not go out to vote… it’s the only way it could happen.”

The poll, conducted September 6-9, has a margin of error of +/- 3.8 percentage points.

U.S. Immigrant Numbers Hit 44.5 Million, Break 108-Year Record

14 Sep 2018

The immigrant percentage of the U.S. population is the highest in 108 years, according to the latest release by the Census Bureau.

In 2017, 13.7 percent of people in the United States were immigrants, up from 13.5 percent in 2016, and up from 5 percent in 1970, according to the bureau’s data.

The percentage means 44.5 million in a population of 325.7 million people were born abroad. That 44.5 million includes roughly 22 million naturalized citizens, 11 million other residents, including more than 1.5 million foreign temporary visa-workers, plus roughly 11 million illegal immigrants, according to the bureau:

The millions of migrants are concentrated in the coastal metropolises, such as Los Angeles and New York, but many are migrating into interior states. According to the New York Times:

New York and California, states with large immigrant populations, both had increases of less than six percent since 2010. But foreign-born populations rose by 20 percent in Tennessee, 13 percent in Ohio, 12 percent in South Carolina and 20 percent in Kentucky over the same period.

The recent inflow includes a rising percentage of Asians from China, Vietnam, India, said the New York Times.

Brookings Institution analysis of that data shows that 41 percent of the people who said they arrived since 2010 came from Asia. Just 39 percent were from Latin America. About 45 percent were college educated, the analysis found, compared with about 30 percent of those who came between 2000 and 2009.

The Asian inflow include includes many college graduates, partly because many of them are immigrating via the various business-backed programs for college-graduate visa-workers.

A chart by the Washington Post suggests that this huge wave of migrants has changed politics by giving Democrats’ identity-politics ideology an electoral lock in any counties where immigrants comprise more than 20 percent of the population:

The New York Times report, however, demurely ignored the political and economic impact of this huge wage of workers, consumers, and renters.

Some economic impacts are obvious, for example, immigrants expand the economy by working, consuming and renting real-estate. Some also raise the productivity of Americans by inventing new products, importing new goods, or develop novel services that allow Americans to produce more wealth or enjoyment per hour.

But many less-skilled migrants play their largest role by simply shifting small slices of wealth from person to person, for example, by competing up rents in their neighborhood or by competing down wages in their workplace. The crudest examples can be seen in agriculture.

European farms tend to buy labor-saving machines from well-paid European manufacturing workers because their farmworkers’ wages are high, but many U.S. farm companies simply use cheap legal and illegal immigrant labor while sharing the savings from not buying machines between profit-seeking investors and penny-counting consumers.

US Middle-Class Income Rises to Highest on Record

BY PETR SVAB

September 13, 2018 Updated: September 13, 2018

The middle-class American family is on the rise with the median household income for 2017 reaching a record high, a Census Bureau survey has shown.

The median income rose to $61,372, from $60,309 a year earlier, when adjusted for inflation (xls).

President Donald Trump celebrated the news on Twitter on Sept. 13, saying middle-class income “will continue to rise (unless the Dem[ocrat]s get in and destroy what we have built)”—alluding to the significance of the upcoming midterm elections that will decide the power balance in Congress.

Trump has been credited with accelerating economic growth with his tax cuts and deregulation.

The poverty rate declined to 12.3 percent in 2017, down from 12.7 percent the year before and significantly lower than the 15 percent it lingered at between 2010 and 2014.

“More great economic news!” Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross wrote in a Sept. 12 tweet.

The share of Americans without health insurance remained at a steady 8.8 percent.

Data Mismatch

While the 2017 median household income is indeed the highest since the Census Bureau started measuring it in 1967, the data isn’t completely comparable, since the survey methodology has been updated multiple times.

In 2013, for example, the bureau updated “questions on retirement income and the income generated from retirement accounts and all other assets.” Using the new questions with part of the respondents resulted in median income 3.2 percent higher than from responses to the old questions.

The results are based on the bureau’s annual survey of about 60,000 households. The bureau also measures median household income on another survey, which polls over 2 million housing units a year. That data reaches back to only 2005 and has reported a somewhat lower 2017 figure—$60,336. This one too is the highest on record compared to past data from both surveys.

Lineup of Records

The improving income follows a pattern of historic economic indicators.

Small business optimism, measured back to 1973, reached a record high in August.

The average unemployment over the past six months dropped to 3.93 percent in August, the lowest since March 1970.

Unemployment for blacks and Hispanics broke several record lows in the past year.

“We are breaking all Jobs and Economic Records,” President Donald Trump said in a Sept. 8 tweet. “But, importantly, our Country has TREMENDOUS FUTURE POTENTIAL. We have just begun!”

Trump faces big test on Hurricane Florence

Robert Donachie

The Trump administration's response to the fallout from Hurricane Florence will test the president's effectiveness in response to national crises ahead of the midterm elections, multiple GOP strategists told the Washington Examiner.

The Trump administration's response to the fallout from Hurricane Florence will test the president's effectiveness in response to national crises ahead of the midterm elections, multiple GOP strategists told the Washington Examiner.

Hurricane Florence is expected to make landfall on the east coast between Friday morning and Saturday afternoon, pummeling North and South Carolina, as well as some surrounding states, with torrential rains and heavy winds. FEMA administrator Brock Long told reporters Thursday morning that Americans can expect Florence to cause as much destruction as Hurricanes Hugo and Floyd, which caused roughly $15 billion in damage combined.

Dave Wilson, a South Carolina GOP strategist, told the Washington Examiner Thursday that he believes the administration will do and is doing everything it can to make sure that South Carolina is prepared for the impact of Florence. He noted that, while the state has experienced hurricanes in the past, like Hugo, it hasn't faced anything as large as Florence. Wilson believes Florence could have an impact on the midterm elections and how South Carolina voters feel about the president's ability to respond to natural disasters.

"Being on this side of the storm and understanding the fact that Gov. McMaster was the first state-wide elected official to support Donald Trump, I feel very good right now that South Carolina will get the help that it needs. This precludes politics, or supersedes it," Wilson said. "What we will see from this is how well does the well oiled machine in Washington get relief here."

Wilson frames it as the first test for an administration that hasn't really had a natural disaster of this scale during its first two years.

"We will know what their response and capability of the administration will be in seven days. This will be the first test in how they can effectively respond to a natural disaster. We have not really had anything like this during the Trump administration," Wilson said. "We aren’t new to hurricanes around here but this will be a test for the administration in terms of how voters feel the administration is effective. I think this could, with an impact on could, have some effect on the election."

Free market reforms can fix the problem of generic drug price spikes

by Todd Ebert

| September 14, 2018 12:00 AM

Prescription drug price spikes have been plaguing American patients, physicians, and hospitals. And they have drawn renewed scrutiny following the release of President Trump’s blueprint to lower drug prices. Americans across the country have become priced out of receiving essential medications due to a distorted drug market that creates perverse incentives for some manufacturers to keep prices high.

As policymakers and healthcare stakeholders continue to search for solutions, they must concentrate on reforms that revitalize the generic drug marketplace through increased competition and reduced barriers to entry.

The generic drug marketplace has long been a valuable resource for patients, physicians, and hospitals seeking essential medications at an affordable price. Thankfully there are pro-competitive steps that policymakers can and should take to increase competition in the marketplace and preserve patient care.

Bipartisan legislation called the CREATES Act would close loopholes in the Food and Drug Administration’s Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies, or REMS, program. Currently, some brand name manufacturers are exploiting those gaps in the REMS program to engage in delay tactics — such as refusing to make available for purchase by generic manufacturers the necessary samples of their drugs or attempting to pay the manufacturer of the first generic alternative not to enter the market — in order to choke out potential generic competition and keep prices high. In doing so, brand name companies are not only delaying generic competition, but also delaying patient access to cheaper alternatives. The CREATES Act contains light-touch regulatory reforms that would ban such anti-competitive tactics and provide recourse for generic competitors. These reforms would allow the marketplace to flourish and drug prices to become more affordable.

The FDA can also help increase competition in the generic marketplace by streamlining the process for supplemental requests from manufacturers. When drug manufacturers submit supplemental requests — like requests to modernize or improve their manufacturing process — their submissions are treated as Abbreviated New Drug Applications, or ANDAs. This significantly delays their review and approval. This process creates a disincentive for manufacturers to improve as the costs associated with the approval delay far exceed the costs associated with dealing with outdated manufacturing. Instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach to manufacturing requests, the FDA should handle supplemental manufacturing requests separately from ANDAs, thus allowing manufacturers to produce drugs more efficiently and increase supply.

As the sourcing and purchasing partners for America’s acute and long-term healthcare providers, healthcare group purchasing organizations, or GPOs, have a unique line of sight into the market conditions that create price spikes. GPOs monitor every aspect of the healthcare supply chain, from the manufacturing of a drug to its delivery to a patient. We know firsthand just how devastating price spikes can be for patients and healthcare providers. And we know that the conditions will not improve until competition in the marketplace is allowed to flourish.

Left-wing news sites say weather control is impossible, then they claim Trump is generating hurricanes

09/13/2018 / By JD Heyes

Earlier this week the Editorial Board of The Washington Post published a piece that actually blamed Hurricane Florence on POTUS Donald Trump and, by default, every other major storm to hit the U.S. since he became a “climate change denier.”

“Yet again,” the op-ed began, “a massive hurricane feeding off unusually warm ocean water has the potential to stall over heavily populated areas, menacing millions of people. Last year Hurricane Harvey battered Houston. Now, Hurricane Florence threatens to drench already waterlogged swaths of the East Coast, including the nation’s capital.”

While ‘praising’ the president for tweeting out a number of warnings to those living in Florence’s path, the board then wrote this:

Yet when it comes to extreme weather, Mr. Trump is complicit. He plays down humans’ role in increasing the risks, and he continues to dismantle efforts to address those risks. It is hard to attribute any single weather event to climate change. But there is no reasonable doubt that humans are priming the Earth’s systems to produce disasters.

Translated: Trump hasn’t drunk the crank Left’s ‘human-caused climate change’ Kool-Aid so it’s his fault we’re getting all of these massive storms. Oh, and the fault of everyone who is also a climate change skeptic.

Seriously, have you ever read anything so stupid in your life? The claim that human beings are responsible for changing weather patterns and massive storms is the biggest political hoax of all time because, unlike the Post editorial board claims, there is no hard-and-fast data proving beyond “a reasonable doubt” that “humans are priming the Earth’s systems to produce disasters.”

Case in point: As Florence approached the Carolinas, not only had the storm changed paths from where residents were told she would make landfall earlier this week, but it has also become far less powerful. (Related: Epic rainfall from Hurricane Florence could burst dams in Virginia, warn state officials.)

So, if Trump’s climate skepticism is responsible for Florence at Category 4 on Tuesday, isn’t it also responsible for Florence weakening to a Category 2 or even a 1?

The answer is “yes” if you believe the Editorial Board morons at the Washington Post.

Of course, the board cherry-picked research data that ‘prove’ their point about human-caused climate change, if not Trump:

Kevin Trenberth, a climate researcher at the National Center for Atmospheric Research, co-wrote a May paper showing that Harvey’s cataclysmic wetness came from the unusually hot Gulf of Mexico water that fed the hurricane before it slammed into Texas. “Harvey could not have produced so much rain without human-induced climate change,” he and his colleagues concluded. Now Florence is feasting on warm Atlantic Ocean water. “The ocean is warming up systematically,” Mr. Trenberth said, explaining that, though natural variation can turn surface temperatures up or down a bit, the oceans’ energy content is inexorably rising. “It is the strongest signal of global warming,” Mr. Trenberth added.

It’s lunacy to believe the Left’s climate change theories

DANGEROUS FUTURE: Artificial intelligence found to take on the mind of its creator

09/13/2018 / By Ethan Huff

Recognizing the Pandora’s Box of uncertainty surrounding the controversial technology, experts familiar with the progression of artificial intelligence (A.I.) computing and where it’s heading in today’s ever-changing world have some serious concerns. One of them is the very real possibility that A.I. computers will one day have the ability to take on the minds of their creators and programmers, for better or for worse.

New research out of Princeton University suggests that, given the way we already understand how it “learns” and functions, A.I. technology is looking more and more like the prototype for Frankenstein’s monster. As they’re fed inputs and information about how to act in ways similar to humans, giving them the capability to perform human-like functions without humans present, A.I. computers are learning how to become human.

Along with a team of faculty from the Center for Information Technology Policy (C.I.T.P.) at Princeton, postdoctoral research associate and C.I.T.P fellow, Aylin Caliskan, surmises that more focus is needed to ascertain how A.I. technology has the potential to adopt some very undesirable personality traits. For instance, the capability of potentially unleashing chaos that, as it propagates, becomes increasingly more difficult to contain.

Published in the journal Science, his paper, entitled “Semantics derived automatically from language corpora contain human-like biases,” addresses these and other issues with A.I. technology that many of those pushing its development seem to be ignoring. These A.I. learning machines are designed to pick up whatever they’re exposed to, which includes any number of things from the good, to the bad, to the ugly.

“Common machine learning programs, when trained with ordinary human language available online, can acquire cultural biases embedded in the patterns of wording,” explains Science Daily. “These biases range from the morally neutral, like a preference for flowers over insects, to the objectionable views of race and gender.”

Princeton worries that A.I. technology might learn traditional gender roles – isn’t the prospect of A.I. robots becoming KILLING MACHINES a little more concerning?

“Explosive” documents detail Monsanto’s crimes against humanity across European countries

09/13/2018 / By Tracey Watson

Do a Google search on the world’s most evil corporations, and agri giant Monsanto is guaranteed to appear all over the first page. Despite the billions the company has spent over the years in lobbying Washington, “fixing” scientific studies proving the danger of its products, and basically doing whatever it takes to fool the public, Monsanto is now in serious trouble, and people around the globe are waking up to just how corrupt, evil and power hungry this behemoth truly is.

In the latest blow to the company, American lawyers have announced to a European Parliamentary special committee that they are in possession of “explosive” documents regarding Monsanto’s affairs in both the United States and Europe.

And the hits keep coming …

Monsanto is famous for its role in the evolution of genetic modification of crops in the United States. Its genetically modified seeds and compatible herbicides – particularly the now infamous glyphosate-based Roundup – have established it as an international agricultural powerhouse. For years, the agri giant appeared untouchable, destroying people’s lives with its toxic products apparently without consequence.

The independent media and groups like the Organic Consumers Association fought for more than two decades to reveal the true extent of Monsanto’s evil to the world and to hold the company accountable for its actions around the globe.

Then, in March 2015, the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) announced the result of its examination of five organophosphate pesticides, including glyphosate, the primary ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide product. Since many other supposedly independent studies had claimed that glyphosate was not dangerous to humans, the IARC’s study caused shockwaves around the globe.

The IARC’s report stated:

For the herbicide glyphosate, there was limited evidence of carcinogenicity in humans for non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The evidence in humans is from studies of exposures, mostly agricultural, in the USA, Canada, and Sweden published since 2001. In addition, there is convincing evidence that glyphosate also can cause cancer in laboratory animals.

Almost immediately, Monsanto became the target of over 5,000 lawsuits by farmers and others who developed non-Hodgkin lymphoma as the result of their use of Roundup. (Related: Thousands of people now have non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma due to glyphosate exposure, warns legal firm that’s suing Monsanto.)

And the lawsuits have been successful. In August, Monsanto was ordered to pay a former school groundskeeper from San Francisco $289 million, after the court found that years of using the company’s Roundup product contributed to the development of the cancer that the man is now dying from.

“What we have is the tip of the iceberg,” U.S. lawyer Robert Kennedy Jr. told Euro News. “And in fact we have documents now in our possession, several hundreds of documents, that have not been declassified and some of those are explosive.” These documents, Kennedy claims, “are pertinent to what Monsanto did here in Europe. And that’s just the beginning.”

Since the court’s verdict, the number of lawsuits filed against Monsanto has increased to 8,000.

The court’s finding comes at a dangerous time for Monsanto and its new owner Bayer. Roundup’s registration in the European Union (EU) was only increased by five years to 2022, instead of the 15 years it was previously granted. And the EU is considering revoking the license as early as later this year.
