This is a massive, almost systematic failure. We hear about the vulnerability of the national grid, especially in regard to hacking. In our modern society, with street and home security cameras everywhere there would certainly be footage of utility crews near those homes at some point. Not happening. One Mafia controlled crew cutting corners at every site? Hard to believe. To me, this is a counter-punch…the public may never learn the truth 40/60, but I believe, a message was sent.
