Another govt group telling (((you))) that you need govt to rule over you. In truth just the opposite is true, you only need a central (federal) govt for 1 reason…national security. Other than than the best decision are always made by community standards or individuals. Laws never bring freedom only restrictions. Being ruled over leads to dependence not independence. Laws may keep honest people honest but rarely impede dishonest people. The govt that governs best, governs least.
