Anons, here is how I understand it.

The National Solar Observatory in Sunspot, N.M. was evacuated, Sept. 6 along with an adjacent post office and remains so with FBI agents on scene and Blackhawk helicopters patrolling overhead.

The reason is reported as "security issues".
