Looked in Wikileaks, and ran across an email to Chalupa from John W McCarthy. (pic related) McCarthy has to be a Clinton plant/handler. His LinkedIn shows he's been with CF since 2014, the same year he headed to Capital Hill and went to work as an aide for Rep. Frank Pallone Jr.

2016 McCarthy took over as the lead for Clinton campaign’s Catholic outreach.
