Who is LP?

If the phrase, "Viva le Resistance" is attributable to FBI Attorney 2, who is identified by the OIG report as male, then it is not attributed to Lisa Page, right?

Also, the OIG report differentiates between the exchanges between Lisa Page and Peter Stzork. on the one hand. and FBI Attorney 1 and FBI Attorney 2, on the other hand. So, again, LP is not Lisa Page, right?

Might there be significant disinformation presented in the OIG Report, and some ciphering in Q's exchange with Anons?

Q said that "Exchange shelters VERY senior member."

Which exchange? The text exchange between FBI Attorney 1 and FBI Attorney 2? Or Q's exchange with Anons? Or some unspecified, but hinted at, transaction involving whomever LP might actually be?

Does shelter mean protect or something else? Shelter from the storm (see Bob Dylan song)? Might the exchange be one between those who had control over redactions and so that exchange – which appears to have obscured "LP" and FBI Attorney 1 as a conflation of characters – shelters, screens, brackets a VERY senior member of … of what?

A member of an organization, such as a team of agents (white or black?) or a larger organization (i.e. Google or a team within)?
