It is curious. Q used the exchange with Anons to bring attention to John P. Carlin aka [J C].
But the phrase is not attributed to JPC and as he had been previously listed by Q as force/ fired JPC was not sheltered by the exchange.
Seems there may be someone not forced/ fired who is being sheltered -- perhaps given safe harbor as a co-operating, but undisclosed, witness.
You may be familiar with SerialBrain2? SB2 came up with the notion that LP referred to music records. SB2 related that to POTUS speachifying about breaking attendance records or somesuch. Not keen on that analysis.
LP may be an individual who has been hidden or redacted in a convoluted way in the OIG report.
POTUS, and presumably Q, played key role in the redaction (and un-redaction) process prior to the release of that particular report.
On one hand, RR might have been behind it; on the other, Q et al?
LP might refer to an individual, suchas Larry Page of Google, as an example; but LP might also refer to a unit, a team, a department, an agency, or somesuch.
In the Q post on Viva le Resistance, Q did not use punctuation to attribute the quote to LP. NO colon, no dash, no coma. Not unusual in Q Posts, yes, but this was quoting the OIG Report's quotation.
As the exchange shelters a VERY senior member, Q was dropping a rather significant clue. Q did not explicitly prompt digging on that so perhaps we are to watch the show and keep an eye/ ear open for LP.
