Science perverted as a religion, what the heck could go wrong?
Science as a discipline is not a belief system, it is a set of agreements and procedures where doubting is much more central than belief.
But count on actors to pervert whatever we hold dear, be it our offspring, our morals, our society or our knowledge base/system.
Why? Human nature?
To believe in an actors performance one thing only is needed, namely the suspension of disbelief.
Actors are the modern vectors of belief, the highpriests of the church of nihilism, hedonism and decay.
