I can't wait to see how they split up the Judges! This is an awesome way to water down the activism that goes on. Trump appoints REAL Judges and disperses the activists so their opinion is worthless.
I didn't catch the "Democratic Process" language. I was only paying attention to election. I need to re read the EO to see how it reads with a broader target than just election night.

sorry I should have explained better. "Agency" relationship means you have the approval and supervision of someone to act or speak on their behalf. The EO calls out as an agent OR on behalf. It doesn't require permission or supervision. Kerry told Iran to wait Trump out. Anything he now says is on behalf of Iran ( Iran's interest )
