Background: Earlier post talked about a request from Georgian authorities to President Trump to investigate a US laboratory in Tbiliski, Georgia re concerns of bioweapon research & risk to the population.
Much of the investigative work so far has been done by Dilyana Gaytandzhieva. For anyone who followed her reports on US weapons to ISIS from Bulgaria you will remember her excellent work.
Her current interest in is US bioweapons research she believes is ongoing in a number of facilities throughout the old USSR, including Georgia. Her articles are long and detailed. (links posted below), but will review in various stages as I'm still digging and there is lots of info here.
So far there are two definitive findings:
1: US military researchers working in this Lugar Laboratory have access to BSL3 facilities, diplomatic cover and are part of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research as US Army Medical Research Unit -Georgia (USAMR-G.) Although the research claims to be for early detection of emerging infectious diseases, some of Dilyana's findings are concerning. She reports previous research at the lab a number of pathogens including "Virus and Other Arboviruses in Georgia in 2014" and such species of mosquitoes and fleas (studied in the past under the US Entomological Warfare Program) have also been collected in Georgia and tested at The Lugar Center.
She also found a patent for a drone designed to release infected mosquitoes and this is likely another concern. The patent is real (link) and assigned to a company (no record) in Virginia but possibly linked to a defunct company called "Evergreen" -
" US8967029B1 (patent,en). Evergreen International Aviation, Inc. Enhanced aerial delivery system" with a historic associations to C_A.
2: CDC Foundation together with representative from Soros '"Open Foundation" and drug maker Gilead provided free anti-hepatitis study C drug on a country-wide effort with the agreement that that the company would not be liable for any adverse effects. There were a number of deaths associated with this study but cause of death was not clear. In summary however it seems drug companies cooperate with the CDC Foundation to test drugs etc beyond the reach of US protections for the recipients.
The Laboratory in Tbiliski (as others) were established by the Nunn-Luger Cooperative Threat Reduction Act and funded through the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) through a DOD program Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP). The funding from comes from DOD grants awarded to Technology Management Company Inc (TMC Global) and is funded through 2021.
