Cal Poly could use a LOT of digging, there are too many notable bad actors to have come out of that school, I think Q's post was alluding to it being clean now whereas it wasn't before. It's an old school early 1900s history, 1901 to be precise and secret societies surround these old institutions.
Like I said, there was likely a secret society there, sure there's good eggs but there's a lot of odd ones like the CEO of Raytheon and Goldman Sachs' Peter Oppenhiemer.
It's probably twitter bots mostly, I mean think about it freaking FB/Google has DARPA in their basement. It's botnet AI to inflate numbers against POTUS.
