Hawaii alert went out the day after SpaceX launch with ZUMA payload, Japan alert the next day. The east coast tsunami alert coincided with this last SpaceX launch with the Tesla car. Rumor has it there was something else in the rocket that was detached in space. Sorry, didn’t save the sauce for that. Could be worth a look
