Yes, indeed. I too think vouchers are a way to wean everyone off the system. The vouchers will need to be "no strings attached;" government cannot tell you where to use it at all. Then it will quickly have go to a free-market system with the government completely out.

Charter schools are a Trojan Horse. Right away they talk about how wonderful it is that they have your kids for more time per day. They are admittedly still public schools. We have to get our children away from public schools, charter or otherwise - and away from all government-funded education.
