1. I find comfort in seeing how many 'new' people are waking up as I used to feel like it was a very small group. Helps though I realize it's hard to hook up with anons etc., but their there.

1. I know you addressed medication but if a good, qualified psychiatrist (perhaps a referral), they can be of great help. Nothing wrong with medication if it helps and has only minimal, if any, adverse side effects.

1. Get a pet. They help distract from your personal worries and are wonderful companions. All they want is your company and care and it's returned to you ten-fold.

1. Try to think about yourself, and your problems, less while at the same time try to care for others more. Great fulfillment in that.

1. Time. Time helps heal all wounds. This too shall pass.

Someone dig up Lisa Blatt's six minute speech before the committee. She's an avowed Hillary/Obama supporter and holds title for most cases argued at SC by a woman! She said Kav is supremely qualified. Sixty-five women just signed a letter saying this allegation doesn't jive with the Kav they know, some since high-school.

This is a major issue and all I see in msm/fake news are the smears. "He might have a gambling problem because high cc debt" blah, blah.
