While I agree that they do more than watch, there is no way they received a radioisotope through the USPS. Those are delivered via courier in special lead boxes.
We know the alphabet soup came in and closed it down, were they good or bad? In regards to the others closed/offline, was that done by good or bad? If bad could it be to cover their tracks if an emp went off soon, but blamed on a solar flare?
