That Petty Officer is Oscar Flores and he needs some serious digging into. He's all throughout wikileaks emails with Clinton and Podesta, and claims to be a chef. But I think what he "cooks" is not normal. Lots of coded messages. Learned about him during the election in 2016 when the Podesta emails were being talked about.
