If this is true (let me do my research first), Charlie Chaplins final speech would make perfect sense. I just wasn't sure if those words were ment to be Hitlers words to the people or Deep States (Puppet) words to trick the germans.

This would also explain, why I never payed attention in history class. Maybe because it didn' make sense to me.
