To Nuke EMP the U.S.
Initially to cull but now it was to cause chaos, maybe regain control or at the very least drop out of sight, out of mind and out of the trap they now find themselves fully and completely ensnared by.

I could go on and on tying in everything from the zombie fest on tv/big screen to how the elite deep state manage to still have any confidence at all!
