CGI has been debunked in my mind and remember the entire CIA is not cabal. The most logical explanation is the hologram theory. There were way to many eyewitnesses, 100's in fact, that said they saw a plane. Most of them also noted that although they saw a plane they didn't hear the plane which gives credence to the hologram theory.
