It generally takes a President about a year to 'get his footing' on day to day operations and the complexities of sitting at the most powerful seat in the world at the oval office.
Trump was so prepared, so ready, so willing (even though he did not have to)…that in his first year he was getting walls built, tax cuts prepped, tariffs ready., killing regulations, and Obamacare.
