Can't make a Q clock, but the May 22 and Jan 21 Q Posts in pics related both line up with the Mirror date of September 20, the EAS/PAS test date and both contain "Flood" as in [of information]. The December 22 Q Post in pic related falls on September 19 and also contains "Flood", as in [of information]. Not sure what it may mean, just started looking at relevant Flood Q posts. There are other uses of flood, but didn't seem relevant to this.
