After lurking for months and trying to figure this out, I learned I can click on the post menu, which is the triangle just left of Anonymous on the top left of the post and I can add a filter by ID and I've been able to clean up most of the shills and those who post porn and other crap. Now I can read the post that mean something. Who knows, someday I might be able to even contribute.
