From what I have been able to discern, PF is used as a means for Q to self verify as well as being a kind of ledger. Pertinent posts stay, and the one that are deleted are messages for the anons. Like writing a note & passing it around class and then ripping it out of your notebook before the teacher sees.
From what I gathered, they were discussing this before Q posted the Flynn vid & the account who posted that information was a guest with the book owner at the event.
