Document was a 'test' of both Snowden and Assange, helping provide final proof both Snowden and Assange are active CIA agents and frauds.

On surface level, the document offers tools necessary for Snowden to become free to travel internationally, and for Assange to be free from his situation in London's Ecuadorean Embassy. Both Snowden and Assange refused the assistance, and instead escalated lying praise for their CIA media partners, despite clearly knowing their Guardian & NY Times were helping to defame, censor and murder real US dissidents.

There is a very sordid background story going on in Cambodia right now. In summary, a Russian businessman named Alexander Trofimov was released from jail last week at the request of Action Pour Les Enfants, a Soros-backed NGO as well as fourteen other NGOs who demanded his release and expulsion from Cambodia which amounted to a gargantuan NGO-led rescue maneuver of a very wealthy and elite-connected pedophile - the Soros-funded NGO groups saw to it that the monarch and prime minister of Cambodia let Trofimov go and even protected him from prosecution in Russia for pedophile crimes committed there.

What is so special about this particular pedophile? He was kicked out of Russia for serially raping a lot of 9- and 10-year-old girls and keeping them as sex slaves. He landed in Cambodia, launched a Russian shell corporation which acted as organizer on behalf of the US and built a $300 million resort on Snake Island where he was arrested with 19 child sex slaves he kept there, 14 of whom testified against him. Then there was absolute silence, the Soros groups stepped in with a lot of background negotiations, the elites appealed for his early release, shielded him from extradition to Russia (which is demanding he be returned and jailed in Russia for countless raped small girls there) and the Soros NGOs escorted him out of Cambodia last week.
