I remember this, the WTO riots when they called in the National Guard. The cops weren't brutal or pissy at all. Lots of gas and some rubber bullets.
It was rumored shortly afterward that it was the CIA practicing tactics for the revolution in Georgia.
Wow how right that turned out to be.
