There are no coincidences. Consider what would have happened if that would have taken place last November. We would have not publically known about half the corruption we now do. There's been testimony, people have turned (looking at you Bruce and Lisa) and we even fucking know Hussein was running the shit via the new relevations regarding the PDB.
We also see them scurrying around the world telling foreign governments what to do and to "wait out midterms." Which is their last and final hope.
All these fuckers are under FISA wiretaps which work both ways as Q reminds us - and when they hatch their last ditch effort to steal the vote right before midterms (mighty close to 11.3 and 11.4 eh?) The hammer drops. There WILL be unrest then as referenced in the post because it's already planned - because it's related to midterms. Will turn ugly when people start getting arrested.
