Also you can get simulated text in different alphabets/fonts using this site:

then you can copypasta the unicode text into your meme app.
Re: those patriots living in an area with no cellular signals at home. Maybe for them it is possible to drive someplace and connect via cell but perhaps they have no cellular in the house.
